Since 1969 the Shrimp Walk has been serving the finest seafood on the North Shore. Our family owned restaurant with a touch of New Orleans has been a delight to diners for over 25 years. Our menu, which specializes in fresh fish, shrimp, crab and lobster, also includes many non-seafood items, such as chicken, baby-back ribs, steaks, chops and burgers. We have a children’s menu with all the kids’ favorites.
We specialize in a variety of fresh seafood offered in many unique styles. Blackened, De Jonghe, Oven-Broiled, Almondine, Pan-Fried, and BBQ Grilled are just a few of the many styles in which our chef can prepare your entrees.
We have a casual dress code and offer seating in our two main dining rooms an enclosed front veranda and enclosed back patio. Come and experience one of the finest dinning pleasures on the North Shore. We have recently expanded and now have Banquet facilities for your special occasions.

The restaurant is located on the North Shore in Highwood IL. We are open Monday thru Thursday from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, Friday and Saturday from 4:30pm to 10:00pm and Sunday from 4:30pm to 8:30pm. We take reservation by phone so please give us a call.
